Defense Fantasy Points Against
Last updated:
Every skill player you draft has a schedule of defenses he'll face, and not all defenses are created equal. This report ranks all 32 defenses by how many fantasy points they actually allowed per position, using FanDuel half-PPR scoring on the most recent season's data. Rank 1 is the toughest defense (fewest FP allowed); rank 32 is the easiest. Use it to factor matchup difficulty into your draft decisions before you ever look at a week-by-week schedule.
Four columns sit side by side, one each for QB, RB, WR, and TE. Each defense is color-coded into one of four tiers from toughest to easiest, with a legend at the top mapping colors to tier labels. Scan a column to find the hardest matchups for that position, or look across columns to see whether a defense is strong against a certain kind of attack but soft elsewhere.
Pair it with team play calling to gauge whether the opposing offense leans on the position you care about, or check rankings when you're picking between two skill players with similar production.
