A 99 OVR in Madden is the highest possible rating, and only a handful of players have ever earned it. Reaching the 99 Club means the developers at EA decided you were the best player in football at your position, in your sport, in that specific year. This page is a complete history of every player who's ever hit that mark.
Two views toggle between Timeline (a horizontal grid showing exactly which years each player held the rating) and Cards (one block per player with their position, season count, and the years they were 99 rated). Filter by position group across nine categories from quarterback through special teams. In Card view, narrow further by decade era and sort by most seasons, most recent appearance, or first appearance. A counter at the top tells you how many players match your current filters.
