Spread & Totals Trends
Last updated:
The betting market knows things you don't. Sharp money sets spreads and totals based on injuries, weather, coaching changes, and pattern recognition you'd need a research team to replicate. But the market also makes mistakes, and certain teams systematically beat or fail to cover the line in specific situations. This report shows you the full league-wide picture: which teams cover, which go over, and which fall apart in specific contexts.
Pick a season range and the leaderboard ranks all 32 teams by ATS%, with straight-up records, against-the-spread records, over/under records, average spreads, average totals, and points scored or allowed. Click any team to expand the detail view, which shows situational splits across home and away, favorite/underdog/pick'em roles, division/conference/non-conference games, and spread and total brackets (Big Favorite, Small Favorite, Small Underdog, Big Underdog for spreads; Low, Mid, High for totals). A team-specific ATS Trend chart shows cumulative and 5-game rolling cover percentage. Pushes are excluded from ATS and Over % calculations, so the rates only count actual wins and losses.
Pair it with team analysis to drill into one team's full game log under any custom filter set. New to betting? The NFL betting guide explains spreads, totals, the vig, and line movement.
Which NFL teams cover the spread and hit the over most often?
All 32 NFL teams are ranked league-wide by ATS%, with situational splits across home/away, favorite/underdog roles, division games, and spread/total brackets (Big Favorite through Big Underdog; Low/Mid/High totals). League Station's 2025 leaderboard excludes pushes from ATS and Over% calculations so the rates count only real wins and losses, plus a per-team cumulative + 5-game rolling cover chart.
